ParticipantPhoto and Month view load fine, but List view loads no events and no footer. This means “Recurring Event (See all)” also does not work.
I reinstalled all the plugin files and the issue persists.

ParticipantHi there,
We cannot use
Sorry to hear about this!
1. Can you share your system information with us? Here’s how: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
2. If you activate a default theme on your site, like the Twenty Sixteen theme, and then deactivate ALL plugins on your site except for ONLY The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro, does the behavior of these issues change at all?
Thank you!

ParticipantThank you for posting this!
Since your plugin versions are up-to-date, your issues sound like a theme and/or plugin code conflict issues.
To help investigate this, I would recommend doing all of the steps here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
After EACH STEP check out the issues you reported and see if there is any change in behavior.
Cheers!

ParticipantHi George,
It seems to be a theme conflict. When I switched themes to Twenty Fifteen, the list view appeared. Plugins had no effect.
The theme I am using is a child theme for Divi, version: 2.5.8. I switched from the Divi child theme to just Divi, and the list view didn’t work.
What’s the next step?

ParticipantThank you for reporting this, @Kyle!
Those tests do seem to reveal a theme conflict here. Unfortunately the best step from here is to contact the Divi theme authors and see if they can help troubleshoot their theme’s conflict-causing code.
Thank you,
