License renewal – error message

    I renewed my license on January 6, 2018 but am getting the following message
    It looks like you’re using Event Tickets Plus, but the license key is invalid. Please download the latest version from your account.
    You can always check the status of your licenses by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com.

    and then when I deactivate and reinstall I get:
    You are using Event Tickets Plus but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.

    Renews on: Jan 6th, 2019

    This is being used on the development of a site that will go live next month. Please advise

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your site!

    Can you try to manually delete and re-add the plugin as a first step?  You can also delete and re-add the license key as well.

    Thank you. That worked perfectly.
    I had not tried manually deleting the plug in before.
