ParticipantWe bought the events pro for our website again, to renew the license key. I copy>paste the licence key at the events key>licences but the same message “Sorry, this key is not valid.” appears. How can we solve this.
I would like after the licence to upgrade the plugins, is this possible automatically?
Is this why the filter bar appears wrongly? You may see at the attachment here http://imgur.com/5iwunYB that the filters are not aligned correctly
(our website is temporarily at socialface.gr, but it will move to simtec.gr)

ParticipantHey Vasilis,
Thanks for your purchase! I’m sorry you’re having trouble here and am happy to help.
To address things in reverse order, the license key issues will not cause the Filter Bar display issues. Those display issues are likely the result of theme or plugin JavaScript conflicts.
I checked out the page on socialface.gr/events directly but could not spot such a conflict.
I also cannot reproduce errors with the “This key is not valid” message.
So, to try and figure out if there’s a code conflict issue with these problems, I would recommend that you run through these steps here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
After each step in that process, check on both of the above issues—look at your /events page and see if the Filter Bar displays any better, and try saving your new license key.
Does either issue improve anywhere along the way?
Thank you!

ParticipantBefore proceeding any further, I realised that I do not have the latest Filter bar version.
“The following plugins are out of date: The Events Calendar: Filter Bar 3.9. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version.”I bought the Events Clendar Pro. Do I have to buy the Filter bar plugin too?

ParticipantHey @Vasilis,
If the Filter Bar plugin is on your site, but you did not buy it, how did end up on your site? Did you perhaps buy it on another account here on http://theeventscalendar.com? It does not show up in our current account here (the one whose username is simtecsoftware).
You will need to either deactivate that old version of Filter Bar from your site, or yes, renew a license to get the most recent Filter Bar files and update that plugin on your site.

As for your issues, I went to your events page and there was a “Site under maintenance” notice up. I understand the desire for this! However, since we cannot log into user sites for any reason, can you make sure your site is publicly visible so that I can see the errors you describe live, first-hand?
Next, can you share your system information with us? Here’s how → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!
