    Trying to move attendee from one event to another. getting this message

    “Please be patient while your request is processed” It just spins and doesn’t let the new section be selected.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re running into this issue!

    It looks like we had a similar issue in a previous version of the plugin, but it should have been fixed in subsequent releases. Could you check to see if you are getting any JavaScript errors on that page by right-clicking the screen, selecting Inspect, and then looking in the console? If so, can you please send me a screenshot of what you see there?

    Testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins would be the next step to try to determine the source of the issue. If you’d prefer to do this in a testing environment, the WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

    Jennifer, we moved to our staging site (which doesn’t run under SSL). Move function is working with no other changes.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for sharing that screenshot!

    Could you go under Settings > General and verify that both the WordPress Address and Site Address are using https? If not, can you try changing them to https and saving, then going to General > Permalinks and clicking Save Changes? Let me know if you are still seeing the error afterwards!

    I saw that in some other streams last night. I changed it and it resolved
    the issue.
