ParticipantI have followed your guide to set everything and and first tested by manually entering FB events through their FB ID, and they were added fine. However, it recognizes the FB profile I have set and when I save it to auto-import it saves properly, but when I got to the FACEBOOK tab (Under Events -> Import) under the “Events from Facebook organizations or pages you’ve added:” it shows…
Events from EDGE Brewing CO.:
EDGE Brewing CO. does not have any Facebook events
…so, it’s not tapping into the actual events for those to be added?
For reference, on the “Organization and page usernames / IDs to fetch events from” I have that set to “edgebrewingcompany” which is for this page: https://www.facebook.com/edgebrewingcompany/ — it acknowledges this profile, but it’s just not pulling in the events from it, it says it has none. However, it does … for example, this one https://www.facebook.com/events/481490198720557/ which I have added through the Facebook tab on the Events system, but entering the Facebook ID of “481490198720557” — it pulls and posts that event to the calendar perfectly.
So, most everything is working and looks great but it’s just saying this page does not have any Event to import for the auto-import, but it does. What do I need to change to get it notice the events?

Welcome to the forums!
Sorry to hear about the import issues. Before I get into testing the issue myself, would you mind scanning through our Facebook Events Knowledgebase and see if anything in there helps if you haven’t already?
If nothing in there solves the import issue, try the Testing for conflicts article for any potential remedies. If that doesn’t work either, please reply here privately with your System Information and we’ll go from there.

First off, thanks for running the gamut for potential causes. Also, please refrain from providing login credentials as we are unable to log into customer sites.
I went to investigate the issue on my local test environment, but it appears the Facebook page in question doesn’t have any upcoming events (as of 2/4/16). Until they have more events listed on Facebook, I won’t be able to troubleshoot the issue.
If you run into any other Facebook pages that seem to running into the same problem, go ahead and open a new thread and either me or one of the other support team members would be glad to assist you.
