HI Team,
I am a new user trying to import from facebook and there are three published events and a few scheduled to be published events. None of these are being imported into our WP event.
I have checked the facebook apps and the event aggregator shows up there.
I tried a few different version of urls and no luck:

I saw that you have a check box to deactivate plugins to try this event out, but our website is live so we cannot do that unfortunately. Here are the list of plugins we have:
1. Better search replace
2. Envato Market Version 1.0.0-RC2
3. Open Graph for Facebook, Google+ and Twitter Card Tags
4. Story Portfolio Items
5. Story Recent Posts Widget
6. The Events Calendar
7. UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
8. WooCommerce Version 3.3.3All plugins are uptodate except specified.
Cheers,

Reporting the same issue as: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-aggregator-connected-w-same-fb-account-going-to-event-does-not-import/April 25, 2018 at 5:22 am #1515650CourtneyMemberHi there
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access/) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
We are currently figuring things out as they continue to evolve with the Facebook Privacy Policy. For now, the best places to check in on the status of our plugin’s access to Facebook are https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
You can import events that You created on Facebook if you connect Facebook and EA using that same account on your site.
If your scheduled imports are still working, then you would need an Event Aggregator license to continue to keep those scheduled imports.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

First, some good news – events can generally still be imported if:
You are the owner of a Facebook page and you created the events on that page
If you link Event Aggregator with Facebook using that same account.Yes, we have a license for Event Aggregator and it is active.
Yes, we have linked the FB owner account of the events that created the events.Anything else i can do to further my debugging?
Thank you,

Unfortunately, Facebook as yet again updated what is accessible, and now essentially no import tools will work. We’ve updated the status page to reflect this change that rolled out within the past day. I’m so sorry for your difficulties.
Are you willing to wait this out a bit more with us and see if Facebook has any improvements coming? If not, we could transfer the balance of time remaining on your subscription to another product.
I really wish I had better news.

Unfortunately, we only just paid for the subscription a couple days ago. Are you able to reimburse it due to no import tool worked since our purchase? We will purchase the tool again once the import tool works again.
Thank you,
