ParticipantOur main list of events is at /calendar/, and our past events are at /calendar/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past. Clicking on the ‘Export Events’ button on /calendar/ seems to send me to
/calendar/?ical=1&tribe_display=list and it creates a .ics file that contains the events shown on that page.Clicking on the ‘Export Events’ link on /calendar/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past seems to send me to /calendar/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past&ical=1&tribe_display=past. It also creates a .ics file, but that file does not contain the events displayed on the page. I think it contains the first two events displayed on /calendar/.
I hope that makes sense. Do you have any ideas about how I might be able to fix this? Or any pointers for template files that I could look at?
Thanks,

MemberHi, Brian. Looking at your System Information Report, it looks like you’re not on the latest versions. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
Thank you.

MemberThanks for updating our plugins.
Yes, everything should be working fine with WP 4.8.3
At yoursite/events/list/ you click the “+ Export Events” button and it should export an iCal file with plenty of events, not just 2.
If this isn’t working for you, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Please also enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.

ParticipantThanks, but I don’t think we’ll be able to do this right now. Switching themes would be too disruptive at the moment.
Could you tell me which plugin files I should look at to understand how the .ics files are created?

MemberI understand. It’s best to do so on a staging site for this reason. Many hosts provide this functionality so you may want to ask them how-to.
I’d recommend starting by looking at https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.6.6/src/Tribe/iCal.php
