I’m finding it hard to work out the difference between some of your plugins, please could you advise which of your plugins I will need to achieve the following:

    • For event organisers to register on the website as a WP/WooCommerce User
    • For customers to register on the website as a WP/WooCommerce User
    • For me to be able to set the same predefined fields for every event (not the organiser) such as T-Shirt Size, Overnight Stay (checkbox Yes/No) etc and set them as required.
    • For event organisers to add events to my WooCommerce website
    • For events submitted by organisers to be approved my me before appearing on the site.
    • For customers to be able to search/filter the events including the custom options mentioned above (T-Shirt size, overnight stay etc)
    • For customers to be able to purchase event tickets as a WooCommerce customer
    • To list all events in a calendar display and see “Up Coming Events”

    Thanks

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

It sounds like you are looking to create events and add tickets to those events.  In order to achieve this functionality, I would recommend Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus.

If you are looking to also have organizers add events with tickets to the front-end of your site, I would also recommend Community Events and Community Tickets.

Also, feel free to check out our demo site here.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Thanks for your response, please could you confirm the plugins will allow the following:

For me (not the organiser) to be able to set the same predefined fields for every event such as T-Shirt Size, Overnight Stay (checkbox Yes/No) etc and set them as required for when an Organiser is listing an event.

    Thanks

Could I also check that when an event ticket is sold it is handled/seen as a product by WooCommerce.

Yes, you can require additional attendee information that customers must fill out before checking out.

And all tickets are also WooCommerce products.  By default, they are set to hidden, so that they don’t show up as products, however you can easily change this setting.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
