Front end Add from – White Screen

Having issues with a conflict between Events Calendar Pro and Community Events front end submit/edit form which is configured to show here –

With Events Calendar Pro plugin disabled, the form presents, with the Pro plugin enabled we get a white screen

List works fine http://liferhrn.com/live/me/list

Please advise…

Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

I wasn’t able to visit your Add New page because it requires a login.

Regardless, anytime we hear of issues like this, we suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

Thanks for the detailed information.

I confirmed your findings. However, since https://wordpress.org/plugins/pl-platform/ only has 2,000 active installs, it’s seemingly in low-use and therefore a low-priority item for us to investigate regarding compatibility.

If you find out anything from their support team, we’d be open to the suggestions if they think it’s a bug on our side instead of theirs.
