Filterbar labels not translating

We have purchased the filterbar add on and are also using the WPML plugin as the site is in both English (default) and French. When I switch to French the labels on the filterbar remain in English but the refresh link and the header, “Narrow Your Results” is translated. Why is this?

I can provide a link but only if I send it privately. It is also password protected using HTTP authentication
