Filter Bar isn’t working

The filter bar feature isn’t working at all. We installed it per the forum and installation instructions. You guys should warn people better that you need a strong understanding of .CSS and to have a good developer on-call or in-house to use this calendar. It has a lot of potential but my god is it hard to customize.
