Yolanda
ParticipantHi, I just upgraded a license from WPEC Tickets to Event Tickets Plus, using the instructions in the Knowledgebase. I got a fatal error when I installed and activated the plugin, but I moved forward with it anyway, but when I tested the cart I receive the errors below instead of the Thank You confirmation page. The purchase went through successfully, and all the emails were sent that should have been sent.
Thanks for the help!

MemberHi Yolanda,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to see these warnings come up in the site!
I’m sharing these error descriptions with the dev team to see where they are coming from and how to wipe them out! In the meantime you can disable warning messages in the production site: https://aristath.github.io/blog/wp-hide-php-errors
Thanks for the report, I’ll give you a heads-up when I have a reply from devs,

ParticipantHi,
I was wondering if your dev team was able to come up with a solution, or if you needed any more information from me to fix the issue?
Thanks!

MemberThanks for following up Yolanda! This issue was indeed logged and a fix for it is coming in the next maintenance release 4.2.5. Take a look at our release schedule to have a better idea of what this means.
For now I’ll set the thread status to ‘Pending Fix’. I also linked this conversation with our internal bug report so you’ll get notified when this is released 🙂
Thanks for being on top of this. It was my bad not to inform you of this at the time.

ParticipantHi Nico,
I saw that the new update was live, and tried it, but am still getting the same error messages, so I just wanted to verify that the fix made it into 4.2.5.
Thanks!

MemberHey Yolanda,
Thanks for the heads-up! A fix for this was included in the just released MR 4.2.5, our QA team was unable to reproduce this with the MR code. But I’ll take a new look into this and try to reproduce the issue. If I’m not able to do so I might need to ask for a copy of your site.
I’ll let you know probably tomorrow about this,

MemberHi Yolanda,
I’m really sorry to say this was out of my radar 🙁
I will make today to test this out and give you a reply.
Thanks,

MemberWell, I could run some tests on my local test site using latest versions of our plugins and latest version of WP-Ecommerce, but I couldn’t reproduce the error 🙁
Can you please send me a link to the event in your site where you are seeing this? Also, anything particular with the events in which you are seeing this or is it happening for all events? Are you seeing this with newly created events as well?
Also, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Please let me know about it,
Best,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
