MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also want to look closely at any events you’ve setup as recurring to see if that might be the cause.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi. Thank you for your information and effort. FYI: We try to never login to customers’ sites (and especially to never change data).
Could you please try this code snippet and let me know the results (a screenshot and a copy/paste would be good) when viewing your site’s front/home page?
You shouldn’t need to activate TEC or TEC PRO for the snippet to work, but it should tell you the Post IDs for all events that have recurrence settings.
I look forward to hearing back from you.

ParticipantHi there,
OK I added the php and found a new update for events calendar, which I just updated as well… still getting the fatal error when activating the plugin. see screen shot

MemberPlease leave that code snippet in place but then deactivate TEC PRO plugin and then the snippet should work and should display all the Post IDs of posts that have recurrence settings in the database. Please provide me that list of post IDs.

MemberActually, this might be a better idea at this stage of troubleshooting:
Download the “fix recurring events” plugin from https://theeventscalendar.com/release-events-calendar-pro-4-2-2-1/ and see if that resolves the issue for you.
You will need to keep TEC PRO active for this plugin to take effect over time.
Please keep me updated.

MemberHi There!
Just wanted to share with you that a new release of our plugins is out, in which we are no longer able to reproduce the issue described here. This means that it may have been fixed before while working on other fixes/improvements.
You can find out more about this release → https://theeventscalendar.com/release-event-tickets-4-8-event-tickets-plus-4-8/
We apologize for the delay in getting back to you about this. Don’t hesitate to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’ll be happy to assist.
Best,
Victor -
