    I just installed the plug in and it immediately fails to save

    I am not a current user. I just downloaded it and it was not responding at all before I was able to use it. So I can’t make a purchase of something that won’t even install and run properly. That’s the definition of a pre-sales question in my book. So you’ve actually answered my question and are not interested in obtaining a new customer.
    I think I’ll buy another plug in.
