    In my history of event imports, every attempt is flagged with error notice “Import failed: the daily limit has been reached…” going back more than 24 hours. I understand Facebook imposed requirement that only events posted by the account synced to the API can be uploaded, but these error messages seem to indicate another problem is happening. We have 75 chapter Facebook group pages that post about 2 events per month, so we should not be hitting this limit, and scheduled imports should only be 1 per page. We have set each to daily, not hourly.

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    Could you please try to run your imports again? We released a hotfix yesterday to address this daily import limit error.

    Regarding Facebook: A number of new restrictions were applied to Facebook’s Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers and venues. Our team is actively working to restore the features that were directly affected by this change and you can check the progress on this page:

    Right now, there needs to be a relationship between the account used to import the events and the events themselves (ie, the events must have been created using the same account).

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee if/when Facebook will update their Events API to normalize the imports, but we are in contact with them and hoping to have everything working as expected soon.
