    Could you please fix the settings page? It’s very difficult to tell what is happening when the settings you just made aren’t there when you come back to the page. Can’t tell if the settings aren’t working, or if they just aren’t being saved. This is a serious bug IMHO. Thanks

    We are sorry to hear that you seem to be unable to save your settings properly. This is certainly a bug on your install.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Secondly, could you tell me if you recently upgraded to the latest version of our plugins or if this is on a fresh install ?

    Good afternoon Gene,

    Thank you for your answer and for providing your system information.

    After further research, it looks like there is indeed a bug impacting some of our users. I want to apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.
    Our dev team is working hard at making sure that saving settings is possible for everybody.

    You will be contacted as soon as the fix is out.

    In the meantime, I do have a rather radical way to fix this. But it is a bit involved and requires being comfortable using phpMyAdmin.
