Events > Settings doesn’t have a License Key tab

Hi There,

I just purchased the PRO account, and followed your instructions on setting the license key, but my settings page only has 3 tabs (General, Display and Help) and no License option.

Where can I set my license key?

Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

Thanks for your System Report.

The Events Calendar PRO is an add-on plugin. In other words, it’s a separate plugin to install but it requires The Events Calendar free/core be installed and active as well.

If you do not have the PRO plugin installed, please download it, then install and activate it in wp-admin.

If you already have PRO installed but not activated, please find it in your list of Plugins and activate it.

Once it’s activated, please visit wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses tab
