Events Image?

Hi Guys

I have a question from my end client, please see below:

I’ve gone through your tests and yes, images have uploaded and yes, events have uploaded. However, when you go into the event the image is not there and there is nothing to say that an image should be.

My question to you is …. If a customer uploads an entry with an image and I see it in the pending file, how do I now that an image was supposed to be attached ?

Can you help and inform where the event image is located in the event back end ie i presume to turn off or on?

Hi Peter.

If you’re wanting an image to be required to submit the Community Events form, please refer to our Required fields for events submission form article.

If you’re saying users submit an image via CE form but it doesn’t make it to the Featured Image metabox at the wp-admin Event edit screen, that would be a bug that I could not reproduce on my local testing site. If this is your issue, please refer to our troubleshooting steps:

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
