ParticipantSorry to hear this, @Malcolm!
I would recommend reading and doing all of the recommended steps in this article → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/
If you do all of those steps and issues persist, then in your reply here, can you include your site’s “system information”? Here’s how to share that information → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantThank you for sharing this!
I’m glad to see that your plugin versions are all up-to-date. I still cannot recreate your issues, despite also being on the most recent version of things, but I’m wondering about a few things here:
1. Do you happen to have a “Page” in your site’s wp-admin that is titled “Events”? If so, then try deleting this page and see if that makes any impact here.
2. What are your site’s permalinks settings? You can find these options in Settings → Permalinks in your site’s wp-admin. Are they set to /%postname%/, for example?
3. As for the split payments questions, the split payments are likely not a factor here. There could, however, be a plugin or theme code conflict…we can investigate this based on your response to questions #1 and #2 here though.
Thank you! 🙂

ParticipantThank you @Malcolm!
I don’t see this related to other threads yet, but am wondering about this:
Do you happen to have a “Page” in your site’s wp-admin that is titled “Events”? If so, then try deleting this page and see if that makes any impact here.
To be clear, I am not referring to another plugin related to events…I am talking about an actual Page in the section of the admin called “Pages”.
I just wanted to clarify this because I don’t think I was clear about it earlier—let me know what you find!

ParticipantThanks for checking, Malcolm. You said “worried” here, in the past tense—do you mean to imply then that your issues are resolved? Or are issues persisting?
Sorry to ask that, I just wasn’t sure what the status of things is!
Thank you. 🙂

ParticipantThanks for clarifying, Malcolm.
I’ve tried recreating this problem to no avail, and we have no other reports of this behavior at this time, so the best steps from here are to suss out any possible problems with your web hosting configuration or with conflicts from other plugins on your site (or your theme).
1. The first thing I noticed is that when I go to your site, there is a “Coming Soon” landing page there. There could be something about the server-based generation of this page interfering here; so can you temporarily disable this “Coming Soon” functionality and see if the fully-live site has any different behavior?
2. If the steps above don’t help, then what do you find if you leave the site out of “Coming Soon” mode temporarily and then proceed with the steps on this article? → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Thank you for your patience here!
