We just bought The Events Calendar pro and Ticket Plus, and we have several questions.
1) As indicated by you support forum (pre-sales question) “Logged-in users can make changes to their RSVPs (Event Tickets Plus)”. Please, could you tell us how can user do that ?
2) Logged as user, when we book a RSVP event Name & email are not automatically displayed… we don’t know why ?
3) We have a problem when displaying input calendar (si attached file), we use divi template. Is there someting wrong with divi ?
4) I see that it’s possible to place a paying reservation for 0$, so it’s free… but is it possible to limit this type of event $ 0 to users only ?
5) Customers can see their booking orders in my_account page (woocommerce), but it’s very poor in details (no booking date, …). Do you know how to display more details in this listing (plugin for example) ?Thank you for your help,

Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
You have some great questions there. Let me try to answer them for you one-by-one.
1) As indicated by you support forum (pre-sales question) “Logged-in users can make changes to their RSVPs (Event Tickets Plus)”. Please, could you tell us how can user do that ?
If you have submitted an RSVP while logged in then you need to go to the event page. There you can see a link “View your RSVPs”. (screenshot) Click on that and you will be taken to the list of your RSVPs for that event.
The information that can be changed is:
- Going / Not going
- Information collected through the Extra attendee information fields (screenshot)
2) Logged as user, when we book a RSVP event Name & email are not automatically displayed… we don’t know why ?
Is this on the front-end on the event page?
The Name and Email and RSVP fields show up once at least one RSVP is selected. If there is 0, then the fields are hidden. This is how it works out of the box.
3) We have a problem when displaying input calendar (si attached file), we use divi template. Is there someting wrong with divi ?
I just tested this with the most recent Divi and all works fine. My hunch is that one of the other plugins in user might be at play here. Please go through our conflict testing guide and see if that brings anything.

There is an option under Events > Settings > Tickets to limit RSVPs and Ticket purchases to logged in users only. (screenshot) That influences all events in your calendar.
If you would like to do this only for some events, then you will need some custom coding for that.

Maybe this extension will be of help. Not sure if it influences the order list itself, but based on the code you might be able to get some customization done to that as well.
