ParticipantHi,
My events calendar is not properly responsive on tablet and phone view and not displaying as per your example. The rows of the calendar seem to stretch and the ‘View As’ and ‘Find Events’ search are not responding properly.
http://website.christchurchbanstead.org/calendar/Please advise how to fix this.
Kind Regards,

MemberHello Tam
Oh that doesn’t look good. So sorry this is happening. I am guessing this is a theme conflict, but need some help testing that theory.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Please send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Courtney,
Thank you for your reply.
I have carried out the testing. I have used a subdomain folder to do the staging. Changed the theme to the 2017 theme. The calendar seems to respond as should in this theme. I then changed the theme back to the Churchsuite theme and the responsiveness breaks. I then deactivated all the plugins and then only activated the Events Calendar plugin with the Churchsuite theme and the responsiveness is still broken. I am assuming there is an incompatibility issue here. Please can you advise how to proceed forward and how to fix this issue.

ParticipantTam,
Webnus, the theme author, has HIGHLY customized The Events Calendar views. If you view one of their demos, you will see the same issues you are reporting.
Because it looks like their customization is causing the issues, you may want to open a support ticket with them.
Hope this helps.

MemberHey Tam
Thanks for that update. Since this looks to be a theme issue, your best route to getting this resolved is to reach out to your theme developer with a support ticket. I do hope they can help.
Thanks
