ParticipantJust checked my calendar and events are not repeating for October and onwards.
When I click on Calendar events, it takes me to a message that says the page is not available. Sometimes there is an error message: Error 502-Bad Gateway.

MemberHi Marlene
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Then, please send us your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Take a look at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/. Does that reveal possibly any missing settings on your recurring events?
Thanks

ParticipantThank you for your reply. This information may be helpful, but the real problem is that WordPress had an update on 9/2/2017, and this seemed to wreak havoc with my Calendar as mentioned. Looks like I’m dealing with the problem of not being able to update the Calendar Pro because of the message that I’m “out of installs”, which is an error. Hope that you can fix this bug for all of us, so that we can update our calendars to mesh with our WebPress updates.
Please help!

MemberHi Marlene
Before I can really be of more help, I will need your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/.
Your install should really be fine. When you go to My Account » Licenses, do you see the license applied to the correct web address? Are you trying to install it to more addresses?
Thanks

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
