    This is my second attempt for help:
    Events from our facebook page not being uploaded to our website? I have tried refreshing API facebook account and updating my import date range to 2 months. I need help!

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    A number of new restrictions were applied to Facebook’s Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers and venues. Our team is actively working to restore the features that were directly affected by this change and you can check the progress on this page:

    Right now, there needs to be a relationship between the account used to import the events and the events themselves (ie, the events must have been created using the same account).

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee if/when Facebook will update their Events API to normalize the imports, but we are in contact with them and hoping to have everything working as expected soon.
