Events Aggregator not showing after importing license key

I just purchased your Events Aggregator plugin for WordPress, inputted the license key, and hit save. It told me my plugin was active until a certain date. Now, when I try to use the plugin and “Import,” it won’t let me. It is still showing “Buy Events Aggregator.” Apparently nothing is registering. I uninstalled an reinstalled the issue persists. Thanks.

@cadeyz could you please open a separate ticket with your issue, but also provide the same details I’ll request now with Christine

To help you both troubleshoot further, there are 2 important things I need.

1. Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

2. Please also provide us with your System Info.

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
