September 13, 2018 at 1:36 pm #1621342BarryMemberAlex,
Our developers followed up with what may be a useful interim solution.
If you upload and activate force-iframe to your site, it should force the iframe to always display. While not a perfect solution, it may tide you over (and should mitigate the potential for lost sales/sign-ups) while we work on a substantive solution.
Thanks again for your patience 🙂

October 1, 2018 at 8:04 am #1634398Alex PetrieParticipantHi
we have had events start to show / not show ticket information (somewhat randomly)
For example I went to
from the calendar view and the ticket info was there but when I hit refresh it dissapeared.
I then used the previous and next event links to navigate and experienced similar issues, ticket info not there, hit refresh, it’s there, etc
All of the plugins are up to date.
What can we do to ensure the ticket info is consistently there?
Thanks
October 1, 2018 at 7:16 pm #1635043BarryMemberHi Alex,
Your thread was associated with two distinct bug reports on our internal tracking system, both relating to different problems with Eventbrite Tickets.
One of those has, hopefully, been solved – as detailed by Victor (in his reply from September 13). Another, which related to the ticket iframe appearing and disappearing somewhat randomly, is something we’ve been working on but the fix has not yet been released and I believe that is the specific issue you are asking about.
While I can’t guarantee anything, we expect that fix to become available a little later this week – so do stay tuned for a further update.
Thanks!
October 4, 2018 at 9:00 am #1637416VictorKeymasterHi Alex!
Just wanted to share with you that a new release of our plugins is out, where we included some work around the Eventbrite tickets iframe functionality.
You can find out more about this release → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-for-the-week-of-30-september-2018/
We have not been able to identify a specific bug on our end that would prevent the tickets iframe from being displayed. So, if you still experience this on your site, please navigate to your WP Admin > Events > Help and under the <b>Event Log </b>section set the Logging Level to “Warnings and errors”.
This will log a warning if the ticket iframe has not been displayed for an event and will give us more information about the problem. If that’s the case, please share the logs with us so we can see if any problem from there.
In addition, you can install the following plugin which will force the display of the tickets iframe for your published events > tribe-ext-eventbrite-tickets-force-iframe.zip
We apologize for the delay and appreciate your help and patience while we work on this together.
As always, we suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can make all plugin updates without disrupting the live site.
Please update the plugins and let us know how it goes.
Thanks,

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
