Event Venues appearing on the equator

Hi,

I have searched your files and this appeared to happen in 2013. We have a lot of venues suddenly appearing on the equator on the map view. I initially thought this was a few that had addresses not recognised by google. I cleared around 10 venues by adding the Long and Lat. and the map was ok – but today there is another selection of venues now on the equator.

Nothing else on the site has changed and it has been orking ok until this point. Any suggestions?

Hello,

We had a known issue recently where the latitude and longitude were not being saved when you created a venue, but we did include a fix for this in a recent maintenance release. Can you try updating to the latest versions of The Events Calendar (4.6.10.1) and Events Calendar Pro (4.4.22)? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions.

If new venues are still not showing up correctly in map view, can you please share your system info with me?
