Event Tickets Plus — Attendee Names?

Hello,

I just purchased Event Tickets Plus for a friend who is going to teaching sessions to groups and pairs of people.

When the customer purchases more than one ticket, they need to be able to input the names of all the attendees in their group. Without this ability, this plugin is worthless to us.

I assume this is a frequent and obvious request — can you point me in the right direction?

Hi Matthew. We appreciate your business and of course would like to have features to please all our current and prospective customers. Currently, it’s not part of the plugin, as you’ve noticed. However, it is available as a feature request at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3738379-collect-all-attendee-information-for-multiple-tick

It says “Started” so hopefully that means it’ll be available sooner than later for you. I can’t provide you with a time estimate or a guarantee of its completion.

For now, please add your vote to that feature request.

Thanks much for the insight. It looks like the feature request thread is over three years old…

Anyhow, can I get a refund for this purchase? I won’t be using the plugin. Instead we’ll need to purchase something else.
