    Hello,

    I just installed Event Ticket Plus on my site and it will not work with the current theme that I’m using. I’m hoping I will be able to get a full refund of the $89 I just spent of the Event Ticket Plus license.

    We are sorry to hear that Event Tickets Plus did not work with your theme.
    Would you mind telling me which theme that is ?

    I ask because, there are not a lot of themes out there that are incompatible with our plugins.

    As a premium plugin customer, you can absolutely get support to help set things up.

    The good news is you are fully entitled to a refund if you want one since you are within 30 days of your purchase. To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.

    If you prefer some help setting things up, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
