ParticipantThis is a follow up post on the thread,
(Since it has been closed…)I have today tried the updated plugin(s) but i still have the exact same issue. I can press add new ticket and fill everything in, i then press add new ticket, the little box turns whitish then becomes regular again, reloading the page or press update sends all data away and no ticket is visible.
The one thing working is the page header image for the ticket.It’s a shame that you closed the previous ticket since the symtoms is the exact same and i would want more of the people with the same issue to be notified by this post so they also can verify the same issues so we don’t have to go through the hassle of testing just one site for errors.
Can you also confirm as you did in the previous thread that the issue remain?

I just tested Event Tickets RSVP ticket type with the “Post” post type. Everything went through just fine (no white loading section of the wp-admin post edit screen). Please test with the Post post type. If it does work, then please try with Event Tickets Plus (e.g. WooCommerce paid ticket instead of just RSVPs).
If this testing does not work with Posts, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Once you get it working with Posts, then please re-test with your custom post type.
Let us know what you find out.

I do have an issue with Custom Post Type. It works with regular posts.
I also don’t use the RSVPs, could be good to mention. I use the Event Ticket Plus, see topic title.For this particular site all other plugins has been disabled, i’ve also tried the Twenty xx themes.

MemberTony, we’ve confirmed the bug exists for both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus when creating tickets on a custom post type.
It’s on our to-do list, but I cannot guarantee when it’ll be delivered.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberThis bug was added to our internal system tracker 5 days ago. I’m unsure if it was a previously-known issue.

ParticipantHow about a time schedule? The bug has been active for some time now (before this ticket). Clients are getting frustrated to say the least. I hope you are doing your best, looking forward to hear some positive news 🙂

MemberTony, I don’t see any new activity on this bug in our internal tracker. I know it’s something they’re interested in fixing sooner than later but we don’t provide estimates or guarantees regarding future releases. Thanks for your understanding.

Thank you for reporting this issue. We weren’t able to get a fix for it into our upcoming release (4.1). However, please know that the problem is still on our radar and is ticketed within our system to be addressed in a future maintenance release. We’ll do our best to keep you posted when we are able to get a solution in place. Thank you for your patience while we improve and expand our plugins.

Just wanted to inform that maintenance release 4.1.3 is out. The update includes a fix for this issue.
Please update the plugins to the latest version and re-test to see if the fix works for you.
