Event Single Pages gon missin’

Hey guys,

Client of mine has been using ECP on their site for a few months now: http://www.numericapac.org

This week the Single Page for most of the Events seems to have disappeared. It instead kicks to the 404 Not Found page. There are just a few Events that seem to still have a Page that works, and these seem to all be part of a recurring Event. (examples: http://www.numericapac.org/event/grace-city-church-service1/2015-03-01/ & http://www.numericapac.org/event/our-town/2015-01-29/)

Any ideas why this issue would have just started or suggestions on how we could get those pages back?

Hi Brad,

Thanks for reaching out to us, first can you test the things pointed out on our Testing for Conflicts page? Normally issues like yours tend to be theme or plugin conflicting of some sorts.

You can also refer to the Knowledge base article about 404 Errors which might solve your issue, if none of that works please don’t hesitate to reply to us here and I will try my best to solve your issue.

Aha – found out the client had just updated some plugins. De-activated WordPress SEO 1.7.1 and things are working again. Do you guys have known bugs with that plugin?
