I’ve tried everything, but the problem persists… Is there a way to solve this?

We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We are dealing with a high volume of threads at the moment and we are slowly getting back to normal response times.
Unfortunately, I can confirm that is a bug on our end we are already aware of. The good news is our dev team is already working on a fix.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.

As always, we suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can make all plugin updates without disrupting the live site.

ParticipantUnfortunately this does not completely solve the problem.
If I create more than 3 occurrences of the same event, one of them is saved twice!!!
This is really a big problem for us as we publish the program for 39 local theatres…n.

I’m sorry to hear that.
Could you please send us a screenshot of the recurring settings when editing the event, for one of those events you are having the problem with? We’ll run some tests replicating the same on our end and see what we find.
