Event series links to wrong date

I’ve created a series of events that are weekly on Wednesdays from February 17-March 16, 2016. This worked fine, except for the first event in the series on February 17, 2016. When you click on this from the calendar it opens the information for March 16, 2016 not February 17. Since the information is correct it doesn’t matter that much, but it is frustrating me and II wonder if I set something up wrong? Sometimes it also shows 2 listings for my event on February 17.

I have found the same problem

for example http://www.bcmagazine.net/bc/event/office-mad-man/all/

All the event information is correct – but click on the first event and it goes to the single page info for the last event.

Click on any of the other days and it goes to the correct single page event.

Really can’t see why this is happening.

Good afternoon Car,

Thank you for providing us with your system information.

Upon review of the system information, I believe one of the causes could be the redirection plugin OR your WordPress template.

To be sure, could you please go through the Testing for conflicts procedure and let us know if reverting to standard WordPress theme such as Twenty-Fifteen or deactivating all the other plugins make a difference ?
