Updating The Events Manager and Events Manager Pro from 3.10.1 to 3.11, when I go to an event to see the event details, the page doesn’t load fully. You can view the code and it breaks when the right sidebar of information on the event is supposed to load.

And break as in, the code stops there so my site doesn’t load the footer or anything past the left column of content which in my case is the event poster. The right side with the event details, map, etc doesn’t load. At the DIV tag with the single-event-right-content class.

I uploaded 3.10.1 and it’s fine. Tried updating the plugins a second time with the same result.

The site URL listed below you will see it looks fine because I’ve reverted back to the old plugin. But if you look at that it will help you understand what doesn’t appear when I update the plugin.

    Any ideas?

Hang on looks like I found the issue. The person that set this up customized a couple of files for the plugin, located in the theme directory. I’ll dig into that and should find a resolution.

    Hi centmarket,

Glad you could find the root of the issue, and hope you can get that sorted soon 🙂

@Andrew, sorry to hear yo are experiencing issues with our plugins. Can you please create a new thread of yours for this? As this is clearly unrelated to the original issue. Please note that we only provide support via our forums.

Before posting please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide and be sure to comment the result of the testing on the thread. Also please include your system information. Doing those and giving an elaborating as much as possible on the issue will surely spead things up.

I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to help.

    Have a great weekend folks,
    Best,
    Nico
