ParticipantI’,m having a problem with my community calendar – having worked flawlessly before launch, I’m know getting this error anytime someone tries to submit an event. I’d greatly appreciate your help, as our website can’t function without the operability of this paid plugin

ModeratorHey Hugo,
Welcome back to the support forums 🙂
I see you checked “Yes” to reverting to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins other than ours as outlined in our Testing for conflicts, but can you please confirm this? I just tested to see if I could replicate the problem and I was unfortunately unable to do so. I added a test event via the submit event form and entered text into the event description. The event submitted successfully. I also checked our bug reports and don’t see anything similar to what you’re experiencing.
Can you please send over your System Information as a private reply? Thanks for the patience and have a good rest of the day.

ModeratorHi and thank you for the response,
I’d recommend trying Easy WP SMTP to help ensure your emails are delivered.
I attempted to submit an event but experienced the error notice described in your original post. Unfortunately, without the ability to replicate the issue on my test environment and no logged bug reports of users experiencing similar issues, there’s not much more I can do at this point.
Best of luck narrowing down the exact source of conflict. It doesn’t hurt to run through the Testing for conflicts to see if you can find the culprit.
Thanks for understanding and have a great upcoming weekend.

ParticipantThanks Hunter
I rest the theme back to 2016 and it works again, reactivated my them and it is a conflict in the theme, Qode Bridge
I also returned to my child theme, to ensure it wasn’t something I’d overwritten with my CSS
No luck.
I cannot add any events to my calendar using this plugin.
I have upgraded to the latest WordPress, and all plugins up to date.
Running out of ideas and really need some help please ?

ModeratorHey Hugo,
It sounds like there is some kind of js conflict in play. I’m unfortunately unable to help as I don’t have access to your site and we’re not permitted to log into customer sites.
Again, I apologize I can do more for you at this time and thank you for understanding. Have a good Thursday.
