Get updates & support for a year on 1 site.April 7, 2017 at 10:10 am #1266667Geoff B.MemberGood afternoon Brent and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your question. For the Events Calendar Pro is this an annual fee? What happens when support and updates end?
Yes, this fee is annual.
After one year, when your license expires, the plugins will still work if you do not choose to renew.
But, you will need to “freeze” your the Events Calendar related plugins to their current version (all of them).Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

April 24, 2017 at 9:31 am #1273487Brent BreuerGuestWe have purchased the Event Calendar Pro, and attached the plug-in to our Eord Press Website. Our server shows that it is maxing out our CPU’s on the service and is ha in ha difficult time supporting it. 2nd problem indicates we are out of licenses and indicates this on our Word Press site. Can you help us solve these issues?

I am sorry to hear that.
We will gladly see you through all of these issues.
However, this will be best done in the premium forums (that let you use private replies). So I would suggest posting these issues here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
