Event Calendar not showing in wordpress customizer

Hello,

I’m following the instructions the customize event calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-customizer/

when i get to customize on wordpress and click on events calendar, nothing shows up, it just say “loading”.

Any ideas?

I visited Appearance > Customize and selected The Events Calendar as explained in the WordPress Customizer Knowledgebase article. I did not experience the same behavior you’ve shared with me:
