Participanti installed a new worpdress, with event calendar pro 3.1 aund all new versions of extensions (facebook..) but when i activate the add on “community events” it’s write “L’extension a généré 254 caractères d’affichage inattendu lors de l’activation. Si vous voyez un message « headers already sent » (Les en-têtes ont déjà été envoyés), des problèmes avec les flux de syndication ou d’autres erreurs, essayez de désactiver ou enlever cette extension.” ?

ParticipantSo sorry you’re having this issue. Hopefully I can help you out. Have you deactivated all other plugins (Except EC & EC Pro) before attempting to activate the Community Addon?

ParticipantHi Casey,
yes i desactivate all other plugins. I just have activated the facebook addon, but it changes nothing.
I have other problems with event calendar pro (see post:https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/permalink-error-and-calendar-map-view-recurring-event/#post-69377 )
& this : https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/error-404-location/
this plugin: agenda is the heart of the site (& add-ons), so I can’t progress to my site (theme customization ..) with all these problems 🙁October 8, 2013 at 9:26 am #69852Emmanuelle

ParticipantCan you check to see if an .htaccess file exists in the root of your WordPress installation? I’m guessing some of these error are related.
I would also enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file so we can see if there are any other hidden PHP errors that might be occurring (http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress).
Let me know when you’ve done that. Thanks!

ParticipantThere is an .htaccess file in the root of my WordPress installation.
I also enable WP_DEBUG in my wp-config.php file.
I don’t know how I can to see if there are other hidden PHP errors occuring. (I have to do something for that, or you will ?)
ThanksOctober 9, 2013 at 7:27 am #70059Casey

ParticipantOverscene – I’m not sure why that message is displaying, but it looks like your Community Events page is displaying properly here: http://overscene.com/word3/events/community/add/
It looks like that message was just a warning, possibly related to your server configuration? Everything seems to be working correctly despite the warning though, so it looks like you’re good to go.
Thanks and let me know if you have further issues!

ParticipantSince everything is working properly now, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
We really appreciate your support and please let us know if you need anything else in the future. If you find yourself with a few minutes and would be so kind as to give us a “Works” rating or a positive star voting on the WordPress.org repo (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/the-events-calendar/), or even a shoutout to your followers on Facebook or Twitter, it would mean a lot to us. Thanks again for using the plugin.
