    hello,

    I installed the plugin
    the events calendar Version 3.0.3
the events calendar Pro Version 3.0.5
The Events Calendar: Community Events 3.0.1
The Events Calendar: Facebook Events 3.0.1

there is a concern of permalinks.
When I was setting the agenda for the map view: it displays 0 event, “page not found”
And when I click on an event (non-recurring): page not found. If I add the date of the event in the url, is visible.
An example: url site + event/infrak/: not found
if I add the date: event/infrak/2013-10-08 to url it works. Yet in the administration that the url is undated. There is that recurring event works because it displays the date in the url. (idem in administration).
I tried to disable the theme and other plugins but it still bug. i’m lost. Thanks for your help

    Hi overscene,

Since this is a support question, I’ve moved it out of our Pre-Sales Forum and into our PRO Support Forum. A member of the team will respond as soon as possible and help out.

    Best,
    Leah

    Hi!

It looks like you may have made quite a few customizations; I also note that if I try to reach some of the URLs you indicated above (or the upcoming events list) I see the white screen of death, which indicates a fatal error somewhere along the line.

Can you enable WP_DEBUG mode (visit this codex entry for details) and/or monitor your server error log and see if there are any errors of interest here?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I enabled WP_DEBUG mode (by replacing define (‘WP_DEBUG’, false); by define (‘WP_DEBUG’, true); in the wp-config.php file … If I well understood the explanation).
I I don’t konw what I have to do now. I don’t know how to monitor my server error log.

    Best regard

And if you deactivate all other plugins (except for those by Modern Tribe) and switch to a default, unmodified theme, does this also occur?

I don’t know how to monitor my server error log.

Can you ask for help from your web hosting provider in that case? They should be able to assist.

if we test with the basic theme bugg persist, so ??

Great, thanks for trying that – but can you confirm that you also deactivated all other plugins, except for those made by Modern Tribe?

yes we desactivated all plugins, but now it’s write ” The following plugins are out of date: Events Calendar PRO 3.0.5, The Events Calendar: Community Events 3.0.1, The Events Calendar: Facebook Events 3.0.1. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version. Want to pair an older version?”, i update the plugin event calendar there are two or three days …

i installed a new worpdress, with event calendar pro 3.1 aund all new versions of extensions (facebook..) but when i activate the add on “community events” it’s write “L’extension a généré 254 caractères d’affichage inattendu lors de l’activation. Si vous voyez un message « headers already sent » (Les en-têtes ont déjà été envoyés), des problèmes avec les flux de syndication ou d’autres erreurs, essayez de désactiver ou enlever cette extension.” ???? so I disabled this add-on and i continue to try this pluging …

So I can see map view, it’s got at least one event and following the link for that event takes me to the single event page as expected. Can you clarify if you have resolved the problems here/what I should be seeing?

    Thanks!

yes we can see the map but the event is in France and not in the sea as shown in the map.
    – and when i activate the add on “community events” it’s write “L’extension a généré 254 caractères d’affichage inattendu lors de l’activation. Si vous voyez un message « headers already sent » (Les en-têtes ont déjà été envoyés), des problèmes avec les flux de syndication ou d’autres erreurs, essayez de désactiver ou enlever cette extension.” so i must disable this add on … so I can not use it, it is not normal

    Hi Overscene,

Thanks for your patience – this is a separate problem from what you initially described and I wonder if you can try some of the following steps:

    * Please switch to “pretty” permalinks
    * Try editing the venue and re-saving it
    * I see you are still using a default theme, but if you have reactivated any other plugins please try deactivating them to see if that impacts

    Thanks!
