    Hi there,

    I have a problem, looks like this:

    I create a new event
    I ad a ticket for the event
    I enter all the required info – including the venue and the host info
    I save the the ticket and the new event
    now I want to ad a product picture (as much as I understand I need to do that by editing the ticket in Woocommerce).
    So I open the ticket in Woocommerce
    I ad a product image
    I save it in Woocommerce

    Now what happens is this: some of the data in my event was lost, namely the data about the venue (which is just the dropdown of course but still…) and the data about the venue. Also in the ticket the field “end sales” is set to some strange date in 1970 – which stops the sales immediately, doesn’t it?

    Have you ever come across that, is it related to my system only, what can be don?

    Thanks for the report and sorry to hear about this issue ๐Ÿ™

    I could confirm in my local install that indeed saving the ticket in WooCommerce (this doesn’t to be related with the product image) wipes the Venue and Organizer set for the event. I’m not experiencing the ‘end sales’ field glitch you comment but it might be a side effect of this bug.

    I just logged this issue as a high priority bug, I’m not sure when we will be able to slip this in but I don’t think it will be included in the upcoming maintenance release as we are pretty close to the release date early next week. I’m attaching your thread to the report so you’ll get a heads-up when the fix is released.

    Can you please re-check on the ‘sales end date’ to see if it’s happening consistently? It would be great if you could share your system information so I can check if date or datepicker settings are causing this.

    thank you for getting back – communication is always a win, isn’t it? Even when problems can not be solved immediately. The issue is not too bad as long as one knows, what is happening.

    i have the same problem !

    There’s still no solution for this issue ๐Ÿ™ The good news is a fix is coming in next maintenance release 4.2.4 (at least that’s the plan now). So hopefully this will be addressed in two weeks time ๐Ÿ™‚
