I’d like to report the same issue as this thread:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/duplicate-ticket-s-in-attendees-list-export/I recently had a customer purchase 2 tickets on 11/25 using credit card (stripe gateway). The woocommerce order shows only two tickets. The Attendee list shows 4 tickets all with the same Ticket Number, but different security codes. There is also no attendee information attached to the ticket even though it is required.
I have not been able to recreate the problem though.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the duplicate tickets with no attendee information creeping up on your site. I would love to help you with this topic.
Even though this looks very similar to the other issue, I would like to leave no stone unturned and make sure we approach this with a fresh mind. After all, every install is slightly different.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Would it also be possible to get some screenshots of the actual WooCommerce order ?
There is also no attendee information attached to the ticket even though it is required.
This might actually be tied to some limitations we currently have with the additional attendee information process:
- If you are on the Cart page and you decide to go back to your Event screen, all previously entered attendee information is lost.
- If you modify the quantity on the cart page, you can completely bypass the attendee information process.
I am wondering if that specific customer did not “play” with a combination of these scenarios somehow ?
In any case, we do have a couple of tickets open to handle each of these limitations.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
In the meantime, you could at the very least make the cart Quantity input non-editable for Event Tickets Plus+ products using the following snippet: https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/66bf05df61ee269c60ff20d6f39e2cab
This would minimize customers bypassing the required attendee info process.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

1. I tried that snippet previously, however it was not working for me. It might have been a CSS issue, because it only worked while on the cart page if I refreshed, not the initial load.
I’m following along with a few threads on that issue, and this one in particular: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/woo-event-ticket-cart-separate-tickets-show-attendee-meta/#dl_post-1191135
However, I’m not sure where to put the code he supplied. Any point in the right direction?2. Maybe I should start a new thread, but I’ve installed the email options extension as well. However I am not getting CC’d on the tickets as I have selected.

I am sorry the snippet provided is not more useful to you.
That other thread is actually a great one to help with your specific issue.
My understanding its that this is a WooCommerce cart template override. You can read about that here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/
2. Maybe I should start a new thread, but I’ve installed the email options extension as well. However I am not getting CC’d on the tickets as I have selected.
Yes, thank you. That would help to keep things tidy.
Best regards,

The Events Calendar Support TeamMay 5, 2017 at 7:05 am #1279172NicoMemberHi there,
Just wanted to share with you that a new maintenance release (for the Week of 1st May 2017) is out, including a fix for this issue 🙂
Now attendee meta is saved alongside the WooCommerce cart session instead of just relaying on cookies. Hopefully this prevents issues with empty attendee information in the attendees report!
Find out more about the release → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-week-1st-may-2017/
Please update the plugins and let us know if the fix works for your site,
Best,
