    Hi,

I’m moving a site over to a new server, and in the process the calendar stopped working and I’m getting 404’s when clicking on the individual events listed in the cal. I tried posting a new event and get the same problem.

Also, the message in admin “The following plugins are out of date: Events Calendar PRO 3.7. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Classes & Workshops Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version. Learn More.” won’t go away, even though I manually updated it to version 3.7.

Kinda annoyed because I don’t feel like I should have to renew license for this sort of trouble-shooting. We are using the calendar in a very simple fashion… (The list calendar widget never worked correctly, so we just abandoned it)

    Calendar is here:

If you could help, I would appreciate it. I have used your products on other sites as well…

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues, I am limited in providing support.

However, I will try to give some information.

The Events Calendar and all the plugins should be on the same version. So if you have upgrade the Events Calendar to 3.9 that is why you are having the issue. You will want to downgrade and keep all the plugins at 3.7 if you not longer have a license to get updates.

That may fix the issue, but if not we have our 404 Error Guide to help out:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/

If that does not help either we have a testing for conflicts guide to help narrow down the issue.

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

    Thanks
