ParticipantHello – I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of the plugin and I am still having a problem with daylight savings.
You can see the change between October and November here: http://www.pflag.com/event/north-county-coastal-support-group/all/
Can you help me resolve this?
Thanks!

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please share your System Information and screenshots of the event(s) not appearing as they should. Also, please explain how you’re expecting them to appear.
Thanks.

ParticipantI have attached a screenshot of the list of occurrences of a recurring event. You can see the time changes after Daylight Savings ends. The time should not change. It should stay the same.

MemberThanks. Could you please send me a screenshot of this event’s wp-admin recurrence settings, including start/end times and timezone?

MemberUnfortunately, I couldn’t replicate the issue. Here’s a video of my testing: https://cl.ly/090L0F3I0b2I
It looks like we’re on the same TEC and TEC PRO versions, which is good.
If you recreate this event, does it cause the same issue or is it just this one event? If it’s just this one event, I wonder if you created this event while you were on a previous version of TEC or TEC PRO that had a bug for this fixed.
Let me know what you find out.
Thank you.

ParticipantThank you for testing this. It happened with all events with the previous version so I deleted all events, uninstalled both plugins, reinstalled the newest versions and then added each event back in. It still happens with every event on the site. You can see the time change from October to November in the links below:

MemberLisa, I’m very sorry you’re having this trouble. Thanks for all the details.
Since neither I nor another developer on our team could replicate the issue you’re describing, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
