Customizing tickets

    Hello.

    Am thinking of getting the Community tickets. But will I be able to customize the tickets (looks & the “tickets” wording)?

    For example my user might be doing limited sale event for charity and would like to sell pre-paid vouchers. Can this be done with Community Tickets? I admit its not a direct solution but the other plugins I see out there (for eg PDF vouchers) duplicate some of the tasks (like events/tickets) already performed by modern tribe plugins but does not support multiuser setting.

    Or can I get this customization from Modern tribe?

    Hi Dion,

    Thanks for reaching out! I’m happy to report that you should be able to achieve this functionality with Community Tickets–we’ve built all of our plugins from the ground up to be as customizable as possible, and our ticket templates are no exception. You’ll find all the info you should need to get started with customizing our plugins and templates over in our Themer’s Guide. In particular, look for this template file, which is the template that’s used to render our ticket emails:

    /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php

    If you’re not comfortable with editing PHP or CSS to get just the look you’re going for, we maintain a list of third-party developers who work with our products and are more than happy to take on projects such as these. I’d suggest reaching out to any one of them for more details! 🙂

    If you’d like to change the word “tickets” on your site to something else, we’ve provided a snippet to achieve that, as well. You’ll find it right here on our Knowledgebase.
