GuestHi We have an WP theme that is not compatible with Woocommerce. In the FREE EVENT TICKETS i can not put extra fields on a ticket like “company”. So we want to buy the EVENT TICKET PLUS plugin. But is it posible to add customfields without using Woocommerce? I like to know this first before we buy the plugin.
Please let us know.
Regards,
Hans

MemberGood evening Hans and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. But is it posible to add customfields without using Woocommerce? I like to know this first before we buy the plugin.
Yes absolutely.
The additional attendee information fields become available to RSVP tickets as well when you install Event Tickets Plus.
Not just WooCommerce tickets (which you don’t have to use). You can read about these fields here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Hans,
You need to have the Event Tickets Plus plugin installed to have access to the “Additional attendee information” feature.
Once that’s the case, you need to follow the instructions here when you create or edit tickets: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Hans,
If you apply the following instructions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/ , you should be able to see the button appear.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Hans,
We are almost there.
You are correct, the beta version is not meant to work. It is only meant for testing purposes.
To get things to work, you will need to have both Event Tickets AND Event Tickets Plus installed.
The correct version is 4.2.6 for both plugins. If after installing each of these plugins you are still struggling, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Hang in there!
