ParticipantHi there!
I recently purchased Event Tickets Pro and successfully integrated tickets in the backend.
However, the custom fields I added are not showing up on the event page.
Only the two standard fields appear. Please help!
Thank you!

MemberHi Tobias,
Thanks for reaching out to us on this!
Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
I’ve heard of this same issue from another customer using Divi, not sure if this is the same issue but might probably be. Switching to default theme should confirm this!
Please let me know about the test results,
Best,

ParticipantHi, I switched to the twentysixteen theme and deactivated all plugins except the three tribe event plugins (calendar, tickets and tickets plus).
It still doesn’t show up. In fact even the two standard fields (name and email) disappeared.
If I look at the source code – there is a row with classnames of “tribe-events-tickets-plus” but without any content.June 22, 2016 at 6:12 pm #1130726Nico
MemberThanks for the follow-up Tobias and sorry to hear this is still an issue under default conditions. I cannot relate this behaviour to any existing bugs so we will have to troubleshoot the issue for a bit.
Can you please try to update to latest version 4.2.1 of our plugins (just released today)? And send over a link to an event with tickets?
Finally, it would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
Thanks,

MemberHey Tobias,
Thanks for sending over the system info and the link. What I notice is that you are hiding the ticket amount selector (https://cloudup.com/coiZwdZY3OK), when the value of this input is changed to 1 (or more) then the name, email and attendee meta fields are shown. If you switch to default theme (I know you already did) you should see this input, please try to select a value greater than one there.

ParticipantHi Nico,
thank you very much for your detailed diagnosis.
That is true, I made the amount selector hidden with JS,
but first I set the value to 1.$('.tribe-ticket-quantity').val(1); $('.tribe-ticket-quantity').attr('type','hidden');Is there any other way to just offer 1 ticket and not make the user chose the amount?
Thanks again!

MemberGlad to hear we finally discovered the cause of the issue ๐
Can you please try disabling your custom JS and see if the attendee meta fields actually show in the page?
If that’s the case then you can create a template override to modify the value โ https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/number-of-tickets-for-rsvp/#post-1122918
Please let me know if you can make it work,
