Creation of event page and view array question

Hi,

My first Q:
Why the plugin doesn’t create an actual page in the back-end? I am trying to add content before and after the events overview pagewith Advanced Custom Fields… but yeah i can’t assign it to a page because no actual page is created. So many plugins just create pages.. the best practice in my opinion.. How is it possible to achieve something like this?

My Second Q:
I am trying to change the view names.. For example: i want to change the “photo” view to “tile” view.. Is there a filter available so i can change this?

Our plugin doesn’t auto-create a page, but yoursite.com/events link is an archive view for the tribe_events custom post type.

As of version 4.3, you could create your own page with calendar view shortcodes if that’s how you have to implement ACF or whatever else you want.
