    Hi,

I need different type of tickets for the event, eg. Single Ticket for one attendee, “Team of 2” ticket for 2 attendees with a fee, and “Team of 3” ticket for 3 attendees with a fee. Would like to know if the event ticket plus allow me to do so?

A “Team of 2” ticket will need to collect information from 2 different attendees during purchase of ticket but only pay in one fee.

    Example:
    Ticket Type / Price
    Single / 50
    Team of 2 / 90
    Team of 3 / 120

If user purchase Single ticket, system will collect one attendee information
If user purchase Team of 2 ticket, system will need to collect two attendees information
    and so.

    Regards,
    Cheong ES

Hi Cheong, and thanks for writing in!

Event Tickets Plus will certainly allow your visitors to purchase more than one ticket in a single purchase and even allow you to collect the attendee information for each ticket that is selected.

However, it does not support ticket bundles right out of the box and I think that’s ultimately what you need. For example, you’re looking for someone to get a specific price rate for purchasing specific quantities of tickets and Event Tickets Plus unfortunately does not offer that.

However, if you’re using Event Tickets Plus with WooCommerce, then you might want to consider the Product Bundles extension it offers. Each ticket that is created in Event Tickets Plus is registered as a product in WooCommerce and that should allow you to create the bundles you are looking for and price them accordingly. I have not tested this personally, but it might be worth checking out. It’s also worth noting that we offer a full refund on all products within 30 days of purchase, so that would give you a good amount of time to test things out as well.

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers,
    Geoff
