ParticipantHello,
1. There is a Theme conflict!!! 🙁 I have tested the plugin with another theme and it works fine but with the theme that is going to be used for the site it creates a problem when loading the events page for the first time.
Upon loading the calendar for the first time through the menu, the calendar, the list or the event view keeps on loading endlessly and has no formatting (image attached), when reloaded through the browser or when the link is copied and pasted to the address bar it works fine and appears perfectly formatted.2. The website i’m working on is in French how can i switch Events Calendar Pro to French?
Please help, here is the link to the site http://www.cepdarmandie.com
If you need the login info for the site i can provide that privately as well.
THANK YOU !!!

MemberHi, Alina. Sorry this is happening for you.
Initial page load at http://cepdarmandie.com/evenements/ did appear like your screenshot. Reloading the page worked (i.e. the page was styled) but threw this console error: “You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.” (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.) You should deactivate the other Google Maps plugin you’re using on your site to fix this console error.
Because you said it’s a theme conflict, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps just to verify:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantAll of the above didn’t help apart of seeing the same thing i already reported its a Theme conflict
by switching to any other theme and i tried 5 different ones the calendar loads perfectly. By switching back to my theme it gets stuck again. Is there a way you can help me or i need to ask the “theme support”???And you never replied how to switch the plugin to appear in french. PLEASE LET me know how to switch to french language since the website the plugin is for is a french website. thanks

MemberAlina,
Our plugins just use WordPress’ language (set at wp-admin > Settings > General). Also, in our forums, we keep our threads focused on just one issue to ensure we answer each question thoroughly. Please keep this in mind for the future and start a new thread for each unrelated issue (such as if you have follow-up questions about the language). Thanks for your understanding.
And, yes, since you’ve tested multiple themes, plugins, WP_DEBUG, and your console and your theme was the only conflicting thing, you’ll need to contact your theme author/support for further assistance. We don’t provide support for themes, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
