    Hiya

    The following error message is currently being displayed on my dashboard: “To begin using The Events Calendar: Community Events Tickets, please install and activate the latest versions of Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, The Events Calendar, Community Events, and WooCommerce.”

    I have tried disabling all other none Event Calendar plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme, however it is still present. Could you please let me know how I can fix this issue please.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    In the meantime, can you check that all of your licenses are in the correct slots, under Events Settings < Licenses.  Either way, can you click Save Changes there.

    Hi

    I have made the system info available by ticking the checkbox rather than sending in a message. I have also double checked and the licence codes are in the correct places (see attached). I have also carried out all the most recent updates and the message is still there. Also the option to add the Community Ticket licence code still isn’t there.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you try adding your plugins manually via FTP, as in the following tutorial?
