ParticipantI enter my valid community key in the appropriate field, after saving it, it accepts it and shows the expiration date. Then it refreshes again and puts the PRO key in the field, and then says it is invalid. Flushed cache, inactivated and reactivated all the Events Calendar plugins, but it continues….what’s happening?

KeymasterHello Dutchess,
I’m sorry you are getting that problem, let me help you with this one.
As a first, could you share with me your system information? Here’s a handy guide for that.
Thanks,

ParticipantThe Community Add function seems to be working, but the License Key is still wrong. Not an issue for us right now but it needs to be addressed. My concern is that it may stop and then we will have CS issues.
Attached is a screen shot, and the system specs are below.
To recap the issue: I enter the correct key, it takes it and confirms the expiration date, then auto refreshes and puts in the PRO key, which it tells me is invalid.
Thanks,[edited by admin]

KeymasterHello Dutchess,
Thanks for sharing your system information. I see you are using the freshest of our plugins, that’s great.
Did you also try deactivating other plugins or maybe using a default theme like twentysixteen? If not, please run a test for conflicting plugins / themes based on this guide, and let me know the result.
Thanks,

ParticipantYes, I followed your instructions. I turned off all plugins, selected the default template you recommend and it still happens. We have moved from an old WP site to the current site, and I made sure that the key is not in the old site.

KeymasterHi again,
Thanks for getting back to me on that. I will need some time to check on that problem. I ask for a bit of patience. I’ll be in touch shortly.
Thanks and have a great weekend!

KeymasterHello again Dutchess,
Could you please try the following:
- Go to your profile on theeventscalendar.com and disconnect all licenses. (You will not lose them, they will only not be assigned to any site.)
- Then go to your WP admin and save empty license keys under Events > Settings > Licenses
- Check if it works as expected.
- After that enter only the Community Events license. Check if it works as expected.
- Finally input PRO license. Check if everything works as expected.
- Check if the license keys are correct on your site.
Let me know how that works out and if needed, we take it further from there.
Cheers,
